About the Event

In this two-hour event we will focus on the role of our brain in movement and explore how our senses impact our muscle strength. We will also take a deep dive into fundamental movement patterns and their crucial role in achieving our training goals.

The workshops will bring you a different perspective to the knowledge of your body and your training needs.

Remember:

Please wear comfortable clothes as we will do low-intensity exercises.

Take some water to stay hydrated.

The event is for everyone.

Saturday 14th November

12:30-12:40 - Welcoming and short intro

12:40- 13:20 - Discussion about the brain and its function in our movement

13:20- 13:30 - Practice

13:30-14:00 - Exploring movement patterns: theory with practice

14:00- 14:20 - Training protocol and the role of a coach

14:20- 14:30 - Questions and answers
