How to make sure that your tongue is in the correct position in your mouth?
⥠First, raise your eyebrows and smile đ. It should be a wide grin. Then, start to swallow.
⥠In most cases, the front of your tongue will position itself just behind the front teeth but will not touch them. Thatâs the position!
Try to perform the exercise 3 times every hour during the workday đ. This will allow your body to remember this position which will help you neck and your whole body function better!
